A set of partner dances done socially and competitively around the world. Enjoy the basics of Cha Cha, Waltz and Swing.
A Hindu mental, physical and spiritual discipline. It utilizes breathe control and specific body postures to produce health and relaxation.
Unlike circle dancing in that there is no physical contact with each other. It’s choreographed, repeated dance sequences performed at Country Western Bars, social and dance clubs.
DANCE & FITNESS
A dance fitness party that combines low and high intensity moves to burn calories. These Latin and World Rhythms combine elements of fitness, cardio and muscular conditioning with flexibility and balance.
A German system of exercise that incorporates special apparatus to improve flexibility, posture, strength and mental awareness.
